Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level under your arms.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Measure over light clothing or underwear, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.

Fit tips

These are body measurements, not garment measurements — each size already includes room to move.

Between sizes? Choose the larger size for a relaxed fit, or the smaller one for a closer fit.
